i disabled fade-in but i think its good for vewrs who visit ur page once a day...i found it a pain because every time i responded to a comment my page took longer to re-load...
its a lovely shot, goes to my likeys...great tones and softness...

I think it works well with this photo as the edges ae faded, however I'm not sure i'm a fan of them in general

Did you use a soft focus filter or Photoshop ? Doesn't matter which as I really like this and I have to agree with you about the fade-in for this. Hope I haven't repeated what the others have already said as I'm at work and don't have time to read them all.
